Dr. Aarti Khanchandani

Dr. Aarti Khanchandani holds a PhD in Human Resource Management on the topic of Impact of Training and Development Programs on Banking Employees Performance. She has qualified UGC-NET, Rajasthan-SET and Maharashtra-SET and has 13+ years of Teaching Experience. She was a member of BOS, Lachoo Memorial College for nearly eight years. She has performed different roles as Placement coordinator, NCC CTO and Admission Coordinator as her administrative tasks. Her interest areas are Research Methodology, Operation Research, Human Resource Management, and Strategic management.

She has authored a book on Business Research Methods and had also been a trainer for courses like Hospital Service Management, and Banking and Finance for a flagship program NUSSD at TISS, Mumbai. She has published around 15 research papers including for UGC Care listed and peer-reviewed journals, and participated actively in National and International Conferences, including those at IIM Jammu, NIRMA Institute, and IIM Bodhgaya.

Courses taught: Operation Research, Personal Financial Planning, Research Methodology and Quantitative Methods for Business Decision Making.
